This information is used solely to respond to your request, deliver the service and provide ongoing support. It is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Support tickets can be looked up using the reference number together with the email address used to create them. Reference numbers alone do not expose ticket details.

To request deletion of your data, contact us through the project request form with the relevant reference number.
